These terms describe our products and services.
Who makes the products
Podium Pro Media is the business. Podium Pro Design Co is its design studio, making software and art.
Website accounts and the game
Website accounts are for people aged 13 or older. Younger riders can play the game locally without an account. Online play, leaderboards and purchases need an account. The game beta is free, with purchases off.
Plate inserts and artwork
The product is a printed graphic insert for a plastic BMX plate made by someone else. The Podium Pro logo is on every plate. Front plate numbers must print at least 3 inches tall. Builder plates are printed as you made them, with no review.
You must own or have permission to use uploaded artwork. See the plate content guidelines.
Prices and design submissions
The Plates page lists plate and team prices. Shipping, if chosen, and tax are added on top. Hand delivery at a local race has no shipping charge; we will confirm by email whether we will be at that race. The BMX Tracker is $29.99 a year.
Library submissions must contain no AI art. The stated royalty is 10% if the design is listed. The submission agreement will be available when submissions open.
Software refunds
Game, BMX Tracker and Motoboard purchases are non-refundable. For a special case, email podiumprodesignco@outlook.com.
Plate orders and refunds
Plates you design in the builder are printed as you made them, with no review. Plates are made to order. A refund is available only if your plate arrives damaged or not as described. No refunds are available otherwise. To request a refund for either issue, email podiumprodesignco@outlook.com. Podium Pro may refuse an order that breaks the plate content guidelines.
Custom plates
Custom plates start at $25, plus shipping, if chosen, and tax. We review your request and email one free draft with a payment link. Review it before paying; paying accepts the draft.

Delivery and tax
Every plate order can be shipped or handed over at a local race. Hand delivery has no shipping charge. Tell us the race and date, your email and any note; we will confirm by email whether we will be at that race.
Choose USPS Ground Advantage in a mailer or flat team box, priced by ZIP and weight, or USPS Priority Mail side-loading Medium Flat Rate Box at one retail price across the US. Compare the two services in the builder; Priority Mail is the faster option. Enter your US ZIP in the builder. Shipping depends on the ZIP and package; we will confirm any unquoted shipping by email. Orders above 100 sheets also need email confirmation. Each plate, side plate or mini pack counts as one sheet. Package weight includes one mailer plus every laminated sheet. The Flat Rate box measures 13.625 x 11.875 x 3.375 inches inside and holds 10 x 12 inch sheets flat. US only. Tax is added at checkout. Retail price checked on USPS.com.
