Information you choose to share

Contacting us can involve your name, email address and message. A plate design can include a rider name, number, logos and uploaded artwork. Share only what is needed for your request, and only artwork you own or have permission to use.

Plate orders and payments

An online plate order collects the buyer’s name, email, US shipping address, order sheet and design files, including any rider logos. Podium Pro keeps those files privately to print builder plates as supplied, with no review. Custom requests include one free draft before payment; paying accepts that draft. Private file links expire. Tickets store the reason, order number, email and explanation, and link to an order only when its number and email match. Ticket numbers appear on screen. Anonymous ticket submissions do not send confirmation emails. Payment details are handled by Stripe; Podium Pro does not receive or store your full card details. We receive your contact message by email.

Accounts and younger riders

Podium website account sign-up requires confirmation that you are 13 or older. Younger riders can play the game locally without an account. Online play, leaderboards and purchases need an account. Plate designs you save, which can include a name, a number and uploaded logos, are stored with your account until you delete them.

This website’s preference setting

The Day / Night switch stores your chosen display mode in your browser. The sample moto queue is a demonstration with sample riders.
